Returns from within the UK 

You have 30 days from receiving your order to send items back for a refund. Here's how:

1. Email us at hello@thelondonsockexchange.net with your order number and the items you’d like to return. We’ll then send you a Royal Mail tracked return label.

2. Then drop your parcel off at any Post Office.

Once we’ve received and processed your return, we’ll email you a confirmation. Refunds are made to your original payment method.

Please note: a flat £2 return fee applies, which will be deducted from your refund. This £2 covers a tracked Royal Mail service for peace of mind.

 


Returns from outside of the UK

As standard, we do not cover the cost of returns sent from outside the UK. Please email hello@thelondonsockexchange.net with your order number and the items you’d like to return and we'll guide you through the process. 

 


Condition of returned items

To be eligible for a refund, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with labels intact.

 


Faulty or incorrect items

If you’ve received a faulty or incorrect item:

– Please email hello@thelondonsockexchange.net with your order number, details, and a photo if possible.

– We’ll cover all return shipping costs for faulty/incorrect items.

 


Refund timing

Please allow up to 21 days from the date you post your return for it to be processed.
